With over 15 years experience, Kem formed his career as a stylist working alongside The Alan D School of Hairdressing in London, The British Fellowship and The FAME Team, where he took part in show work, seminars and competitions. Over the years Kem has come to secure great style capability and is skilled in understanding what women want when it comes to their hair. As a Director at Escape he is driven by ensuring outstanding styles and results.

Starting his hairdressing career at the age of 16, Gem trained with leading hair salons Vidal Sassoon where he became a stylist, working with some of the industry’s finest hairdressers. Taking part in photo shoots and seasonal collections, he fast developed a creative flair that has seen him go from strength to strength. As a Director at Escape, Gem is renowned for his passion and energy for hairdressing, working closely with the Escape team to bring high end quality to all clients.

Natalie trained with Kem and Cem achieving NVQ 2 and 3 and an A1 Assessor Award, and now has over 10 years experience in hairdressing. Specially trained in the great Yuko system, Natalie has also attended a number of workshops with L'Oreal and Tigi, making her a skilled stylist who is always happy to offer advice and support to clients. As a Director at Escape Natalie also takes responsibility for staff training, sharing a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Trained by the Escape team, Gok is a talented stylist with a wealth of experience in both cutting and colouring. Enthusiastic about hair, he is gifted with great people skills and an exceptional ability to put clients at ease, creating new and fashionable styles to suit the individual. Gok specialises in hair extensions and the Brazilian Blow Dry, and gets involved with many aspects of salon life including photo shoots and competitions.

Working with the Escape team for a number of years now, Marina has been in the industry since she was 16. Known for her unique styles and colour techniques, she is also a specialist in the Brazilian Blow Dry. Marina has great passion for ensuring her clients leave the salon looking and feeling fabulous, making her a valued member of the Escape team.

A young ambitious hairdresser, Ashleigh has trained with the Escape Directors buiding on her natural flair for hairdressing. Always keen to develop new skills, she has a thriving creativity with both cutting and colouring. With her bubbly personality Ashleigh is a hit with the clients and team alike, and will soon take her role as a Junior Stylist at Escape.
